Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Brooklyn/Queens NY, for a Territory Sales Manager. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will deliver training, provide product recommendations, and work closely with internal teams to meet sales targets and company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies, meet goals, and engage with customers effectively
- Proficiency in Communication, including verbal and written, to build robust client relationships and collaborate with team members
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure satisfaction and address issues promptly
- Experience in conducting Training sessions to educate clients and team members on product offerings and best practices
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- A proven track record in HVACR or a related industry is a plus
- Proficiency in basic computer software and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
