The Opportunity
This is a national leadership role focused initially on establishing a strong foothold in the Northeast HVAC distribution market, then scaling across the U.S.
The company’s primary sales channel is HVAC distributors and wholesalers, so deep experience building and managing channel partnerships is essential.
They are seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader who enjoys building strategy, opening doors, and scaling teams.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading the company’s U.S. go-to-market strategy
- Building relationships with HVAC distributors and wholesalers nationwide
- Securing key distribution partnerships and expanding dealer networks
- Driving national revenue growth and market penetration
- Representing the brand at industry events and trade shows
- Hiring and building the U.S. sales team over time
- Creating scalable sales processes, KPIs, and infrastructure
- Partnering with leadership on pricing, positioning, and expansion strategy
What They’re Looking For
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience
- 7+ years in HVAC sales leadership
- Proven success selling HVAC equipment through distribution channels
- Experience entering or expanding new markets
- Track record building distributor and dealer networks
- Experience leading multi-region or national sales efforts
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a builder mentality
