This is a key leadership role overseeing project execution, field teams, operational performance, and client satisfaction across active construction projects.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage HVAC field operations for multiple commercial ground-up construction projects
- Oversee project performance including schedule, budget, manpower planning, and quality control
- Support and mentor field leaders, foremen, and project teams
- Drive operational efficiency and ensure adherence to safety standards and company processes
- Partner with project managers and executives to troubleshoot challenges and ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, GCs, and trade partners
- Support hiring, training, and development of field personnel as the company continues to grow
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of HVAC or mechanical construction experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or operations-focused role
- Experience working with an MEP subcontractor strongly preferred
- Strong background in commercial ground-up construction
- Proven ability to manage teams and organize large-scale project operations
- Excellent communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
