What You’ll Do- Prepare accurate HVAC estimates for commercial and residential projects
- Perform detailed takeoffs using FastEST and FastDUCT
- Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Identify scope gaps, risks, and value engineering opportunities
- Deliver clean, organized estimates on schedule
What You Bring- Proven experience in HVAC estimating
- Proficiency in FastEST and FastDUCT is required
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, equipment, and labor
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans and schedules
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines independently
