Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager
Location: Opportunities across Florida
Base Salary: $130,000-$180,000 + bonus + full benefits

GH Engage is partnering with a leading mechanical contractor in Florida to recruit an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial HVAC.
This is a genuine opportunity for a proven mechanical and plumbing professional seeking a stronger project pipeline, better earning potential, and clear progression. Projects include healthcare, commercial, hospitality, industrial, data center, and other mission-critical facilities.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of mechanical and plumbing projects from preconstruction and procurement through installation, commissioning, and final closeout. You will work closely with field leadership, clients, general contractors, engineers, and vendors to deliver projects safely, profitably, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC and/or Plumbing projects from award through closeout
- Own project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost reporting
- Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, and billing
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
- Partner with Superintendents to monitor productivity, safety, and quality
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and design teams
- Identify project risks early and protect schedule and profitability
- Support commissioning, turnover, and final project closeout
What We're Looking For
- Project Management experience with a mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing contractor
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC.
- Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
- Proven understanding of cost control, forecasting, and change-order management
- Strong communication, organisation, and client-facing ability
- Based in Florida or open to relocation within the state
