Requirements:
-6-10 years of Mechanical ICI project management experience
-Proven track record delivering commercial new build projects up to $20M from start to finish
-Able to hit the ground running, take ownership, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, hydronics, refrigeration, and sheet metal systems
-Confident reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and specifications
-Experience managing project documentation (shop drawings, POs, construction drawings) and coordinating workflows/timelines
-Skilled in cost tracking, reporting, and resolving project discrepancies
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
-Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to new software
