HVAC Parts Manager

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HVAC professional who understands equipment, materials, vendors, and the day-to-day needs of field technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the HVAC parts department.
- Build relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Source and order HVAC equipment, materials, and components.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure technicians have the correct materials.
- Support service and project teams with parts requirements.
- Improve processes and overall department efficiency.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of HVAC parts experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and components.
- Experience working with vendors and suppliers.
- Previous field HVAC experience preferred.
- Ability to independently manage a parts operation.

- Salary up to $105K depending on experience.
