Are you a strategic procurement professional with a knack for managing complex enterprise agreements and a deep background in facilities sourcing? I am looking for a hands-on Category Manager to join a global, market-leading healthcare organization for a full-time contract assignment!
💼 Role: Category Manager – Facility Services 📍 Location: 100% Remote (US-Based; strong preference for candidates in the Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA areas) 💵 Pay Rate: $54.00/hour 📅 Schedule: M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM (EST or CST)
What You’ll Do:
- End-to-End Sourcing: Own medium-to-high complexity sourcing projects for Facility Services subcategories (HVAC, Electrical, Janitorial, Furniture/Fixtures, Fire Protection, Pest Control) and CapEx initiatives.
- Contract Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contract terms to balance cost, risk, and service quality.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with internal Real Estate, Facilities Management, and senior leadership teams to drive alignment and seamless supplier transitions.
What We Are Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management (with at least 3+ years specifically in strategic sourcing/category management).
- Proven track record managing Facilities or Indirect sourcing categories.
- Strong proficiency with enterprise sourcing tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow).
- Exceptional executive communication and financial acumen.
