Adecco is seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead sourcing and procurement initiatives across Facility Services categories, including facilities maintenance, HVAC, electrical, fire protection, security systems, grounds maintenance, furniture, and construction-related services.
Candidates in Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA are preferred, though location is flexible within the U.S.
$50/hr, 4+ month assignment, possible extension ir temp-to-hire.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement projects.
- Lead RFPs, bid evaluations, supplier negotiations, and contract execution.
- Partner with Facilities, Real Estate, Finance, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Develop sourcing recommendations and manage supplier transitions.
- Balance cost, service quality, and risk across supplier relationships.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of sourcing, procurement, or vendor management experience.
- Strong experience in category management and supplier negotiations.
- Facilities sourcing experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with procurement tools such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or ServiceNow.
- Bachelor's degree required.
