NJR Home Services, a subsidiary of New Jersey Resources is seeking an HVAC Sales Consultant to meet the sales revenue objectives of the organization through generating and closing sales leads.
Major Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage sales leads from initial contact to close, offering tailored equipment and financing solutions while ensuring all required paperwork is accurately completed.
- Meet all monthly and quarterly sales and revenue goals as set forth by management.
- Work independently and collaboratively the highest level of customer service.
- Maintain excellent communication with installation and service supervisors through attendance at meetings and otherwise.
- Represent NJR Home Services at trade shows and other events as required by management.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Four to six years of prior HVAC sales experience is required.
- Must possess knowledge of HVAC products and installations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sales skills and ability to work independently.
- Goal-orientated, self-motivated and organized.
- Strong financial acumen.

Other Details:
Compensation: Base salary of $44,000 plus commission-based incentives.
