We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and relationship-focused Project Manager to join our team and support the successful execution of commercial HVAC equipment projects from turnover through closeout. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with our sales team, manufacturers, contractors, engineers, and internal staff to ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of service. Responsibilities
- Manage commercial HVAC equipment projects from handoff through project closeout
- Review plans, specifications, purchase orders, and project documents to confirm scope and requirements
- Coordinate submittals, equipment orders, production schedules, delivery timelines, and closeout documentation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for contractors, engineers, manufacturers, and internal team members
- Proactively identify and resolve issues related to schedule, scope, lead times, freight, and jobsite coordination
- Process RFIs, change orders, warranty requests, returns, and other project-related documentation
- Coordinate startup, commissioning, and factory support requirements when needed
- Maintain accurate project records, correspondence, and status updates throughout the life of each job
- Partner with accounting and leadership to support billing milestones, project tracking, and overall execution
Required Background
- Experience in project management, project coordination, operations, inside sales, or a related role
- Background in HVAC, mechanical systems, construction, building products, or a related technical industry preferred
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, submittals, and technical documents
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
- High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP, CRM, or project management platforms is a plus
