Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Houston area for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing tailored HVAC solutions to meet customer needs. The role involves preparing quotes, conducting site visits, presenting proposals, and guiding clients through the sales process. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales, customer relationship management, and client negotiation skills
- Understanding of HVAC systems and experience in the mechanical or construction industry is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle client needs and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for building long-term customer relationships
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not required
