Job Description
GCB Industries is seeking a high-impact Vice President of Sales to lead the next stage of growth and build a scalable, high-performance sales organization.
This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and leading the sales team, improving pipeline and closing performance, and expanding strategic customer relationships across Commercial, Healthcare, Institutional, and Industrial markets.
The VP of Sales will work directly with the CEO to execute growth strategy, strengthen key accounts, develop new business channels, and build the systems, structure, and accountability needed to scale.
This is a builder role for someone who wants to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Account Managers, inside sales resources, and future sales hires
- Build a disciplined sales culture focused on activity, accountability, and results
- Drive revenue growth across service, maintenance, projects, and strategic accounts
- Improve quote follow-up, closing performance, and pipeline management
- Expand market share in Commercial, Healthcare, Institutional, and Industrial sectors
- Develop strategic account plans for key customers and target accounts
- Partner with Operations and Technical teams to align sales execution
- Work directly with CEO on enterprise relationships, channel partners, and growth initiatives
- Implement KPI dashboards, forecasting cadence, and CRM discipline
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience
- Proven success scaling a B2B service, industrial, mechanical, construction, or facilities-related business
- Strong leadership presence with ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
- Track record of growing revenue and winning strategic accounts
- Strong closer with ability to lead complex sales efforts
- Experience building systems, structure, and repeatable processes
- Comfortable operating in entrepreneurial, fast-growth environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred
- Experience in boiler, HVAC, mechanical service, industrial service, or related sectors
- Multi-branch sales leadership experience
- CRM/KPI-driven leadership style
- Experience selling into healthcare, education, municipalities, or industrial accounts
