Role Description
We are seeking an HVAC Service Sales professional for a full-time, on-site position located in Houston, TX. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and presenting tailored solutions that meet customer requirements. Responsibilities include preparing estimates, creating proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely project execution. The individual will focus on promoting HVAC-related services, including preventive maintenance, equipment servicing, and system diagnostics, while addressing customer inquiries and providing technical expertise as needed.
Qualifications
- Practical knowledge of HVAC systems and experience in their maintenance, as well as a basic understanding of plumbing systems
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving HVAC-related issues
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain and grow client relationships
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or business development experience in the industrial or commercial sectors, particularly with HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Relevant certifications or licensure in HVAC or related fields is a plus
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as required
