Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC/Pluming) position based in Pasadena, CA or Santa Clarita, CA. The role involves designing and managing mechanical systems, from initial concept to final implementation, for a variety of projects. Responsibilities include overseeing machine design, utilizing Revit/CAD tools, conducting code research and development for new solutions, and leading project management tasks to ensure timelines and objectives are met. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and clients, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering HVAC/Pluming Design
- Experience with Revit/CAD) tools and methodologies
- Strong background in Project Management and the ability to lead diverse teams
- Hands-on experience in Mechanical and Plumbing Code Research and Development within engineering contexts
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required
- Experience in MEP consulting or a related industry is highly desirable
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and industry standards
