Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Buford, GA for an HVAC Field Supervisor. The HVAC Field Supervisor will oversee daily field operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring field technicians, troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating and conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring superior customer service. The role will also involve reviewing job sites, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and mentor field technicians effectively
- Extensive knowledge and experience in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair
- Expertise in Troubleshooting and conducting Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to foster positive relationships with clients
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Commitment to maintaining safety standards and adherence to relevant codes and regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with additional technical certifications in HVAC preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
