Midway Mechanical Services is hiring a high-impact Service Manager to lead and expand our Phoenix service division. This is an opportunity to step into a market with strong brand recognition and scale a service operation with real autonomy.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and grow a team of HVAC/R technicians
- Own day-to-day service operations, dispatch, billing, and performance management
- Drive revenue growth through strong customer relationships and strategic business development
- Recruit and develop top service talent
- Manage P&L, margins, KPIs, and operational performance
- Quote, estimate, and close commercial service opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years in commercial HVAC/R or plumbing
- 4+ years leading a service department
- Strong customer & technician contacts who want to continue working with you
- Experience managing P&L and improving service margins
- Strong estimating and client relationship skills
- Proven ability to scale teams and drive revenue growth
