Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Estimator located in Hialeah, FL. The HVAC Estimator will be responsible for estimating project costs and timelines, creating detailed project proposals, and managing budgets. Daily tasks include evaluating plumbing, HVAC, and piping requirements, liaising with project management teams, and ensuring accurate and competitive bids for commercial and residential projects.
Qualifications
- Experience with HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping systems
- Proficiency in Project Management and Budgeting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience as an estimator in the HVAC industry is a plus
