What You'll Do
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will own and grow your assigned territory by:
- Building strong relationships with manufacturer's representatives, consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, building owners, and developers.
- Driving specification activity and creating demand for VTS HVAC solutions.
- Conducting technical presentations, lunch-and-learn sessions, and product training.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities throughout your territory.
- Managing projects from specification through quotation, award, and close.
- Partnering closely with Application Engineering to deliver accurate technical solutions.
- Representing VTS at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
- Collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to continuously improve our products and customer experience.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
- Experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical systems, engineered equipment, or technical outside sales.
- Proven success in business development, account management, or territory sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify, develop, and close new opportunities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% within the assigned territory.
- Experience working with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, design-build firms, facility owners, or manufacturer's representatives is highly preferred.
