General Manager
Cypress, TX | On-Site | $110,000–$140,000 + Bonus
Our client is seeking a hands-on, results-driven General Manager to lead a growing commercial services operation in Cypress, Texas. This role is ideal for a proven leader who comes from the commercial trades industry and has successfully managed the service side of a business, including field operations, technicians, project execution, customer relationships, and P&L performance.
The General Manager will oversee both office and field operations, driving operational excellence, profitability, and growth while ensuring exceptional service delivery. We are specifically seeking candidates with experience in commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical services, facilities services, building maintenance, or similar trades-based environments. Experience leading service departments, managing technicians, improving operational KPIs, and owning financial performance is essential.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of leadership experience in commercial trades or facilities services
- Strong background running service operations and field-based teams
- Experience managing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or facility maintenance services
- Proven P&L ownership and ability to drive revenue, margins, and EBITDA growth
- Experience leading both office staff and field technicians
- Strong customer service, operational, and team-building skills
- Healthcare facilities, medical clinics, or commercial facilities experience is a plus
