Installation & Technical Work
- Install, replace, and modify HVAC, plumbing, piping, controls, and related mechanical systems associated with service projects.
- Interpret and work from drawings, specifications, work orders, and scope documents.
- Perform system startups, operational checks, and basic commissioning tasks.
- Ensure proper material handling, equipment setup, and tool usage.
- Identify and report discrepancies, design conflicts, or unforeseen conditions to supervision.
Project & Site Coordination
- Coordinate daily activities with service technicians, project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and customers.
- Maintain productivity while meeting project timelines and quality expectations.
- Assist with minor layout, measurements, and field adjustments as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
Safety & Compliance
- Comply with all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA/JHA) processes and follow required controls.
- Properly use PPE and ensure tools and equipment are safe and serviceable.
- Report incidents, near misses, hazards, or unsafe conditions immediately.
Documentation & Communication
- Accurately complete required paperwork including work orders, material usage, and time records.
- Communicate progress, delays, or concerns clearly to supervision.
- Support closeout documentation as required for completed projects.
