Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead installation jobs from start to finish
- Install residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company standards
- Communicate with dispatch and team members throughout the job
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Assist in training and guiding junior installers when needed
Qualifications
- Proven HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (residential and/or commercial)
- Ability to manage and lead installation jobs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- EPA Certified
Work Expectations
- Most equipment and materials are ready at the warehouse
- Rare occasions may require vendor pick-ups
- Occasional weekend work may be required based on workload
- Willingness to work occasional weekends
