We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager that has mechanical/plumbing/HVAC professional who can help bridge estimating, project management, and customer-facing responsibilities. The ideal person can read plans and contracts, perform estimates, manage project flow, support procurement and submittals, handle change orders and job costing, and build strong client relationships. This person needs to bring structure, follow-through, and practical problem-solving to a part of the business that is operationally demanding and people-intensive.
