What You'll Be Doing
- Installing residential heating and cooling systems (heat pumps, AC, gas furnaces, ductwork)
- Working directly with homeowners and keeping them comfortable through the process
- Hitting a clean install every time, no shortcuts
- Representing the company the right way on every job
Who We're Looking For
You care about your work. You don't leave a messy job site. You can talk to a homeowner without making them nervous, and you show up when you say you will.
Beyond That
- 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA 608 certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to lift 60 lbs
- Willingness to work overtime when the work is there
- Must pass a background check and drug test
