We're a locally owned company founded by two lifelong HVAC professionals with over 15 years in the industry. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial HVAC installs, service, and maintenance – and we're looking for a skilled HVAC Install Lead who can take charge in the field and set the tone for excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish with precision and professionalism
- Support and mentor install helpers and junior techs, helping them grow their skills
- Occasionally assist with light commercial installs, service calls, and maintenance work
- Represent Midwest with integrity, showing up on time, staying professional, and delivering excellent service every time
- Ensure job site cleanliness, complete paperwork accurately, and communicate effectively with the team

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Overtime during high demand (nights & weekends as needed)
- Rotating on-call responsibilities
What You Bring
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record
- EPA Certified; NATE Certification (or willingness to earn within 2 years)
- Low voltage license preferred
- Strong technical skills: soldering, sheet metal, wiring, testing tools
- Ability to train, lead, and communicate with others effectively
- Passion for doing things the right way, every time
