Role Description
We are seeking a full-time HVAC Commercial Estimator to join our team on-site at our Winter Park, FL location. The primary responsibilities include preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC commercial projects, assessing project requirements, and collaborating with clients and project teams. The role involves interpreting blueprints, analyzing project specifications, and providing detailed reports to support project planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HVAC systems, including an understanding of installation, maintenance, and operational principles
- Knowledge of Plumbing and Piping systems in commercial settings
- Proven experience in Project Management, with the ability to oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Strong skills in Budgeting and cost estimation for large-scale and complex projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with industry-standard estimation software and tools
- Experience in commercial HVAC projects is highly valued
