Your Role
As HVAC Manager, You'll
- Lead and manage residential HVAC service and technicians
- Provide real-time, in-field coaching
- Review service tickets for quality, pricing, and opportunities
- Drive department KPIs: revenue, average ticket, conversion rates, understand P&L, budgets
- Ensure high-quality customer experience on every call
- Train and develop technicians in both technical and communication skills
- Hold team members accountable to performance standards
- Conduct interviews and disciplinary actions
What You'll Bring
- 4+ Years Residential HVAC Experience.
- Management experience, more than 3 years preferred
- Proven leadership or management experience
- Strong ability to coach, develop, and hold people accountable
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
- Our Preferences
- HVAC service management or residential HVAC experience
- Strong understanding of data and performance metrics (KPIs, revenue, conversion, average ticket)
- Driven, self-motivated leader with a results-oriented mindset
- College education or equivalent professional experience
- Experience using ServiceTitan or similar CRM systems
- Knows how to develop technicians-not just manage them
- Is comfortable in the field of coaching and training
- Understands performance metrics and how to improve them
- Can build trust while holding a high standard
