Job description:
As a HVAC Mechanical Field Supervisor at Odyssey Mechanical, you will play a key leadership role on residential and/or commercial job sites, ensuring high-quality work, team productivity, and compliance with codes and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of plumbers and technicians on active job sites
- Be hands-on when needed to support the team and meet project deadlines
- Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and applicable plumbing codes to ensure accurate installation of systems
- Ensure all work complies with building codes, permits, and safety guidelines
- Conduct site inspections, identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues, and provide effective technical solutions
- Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance skills, safety awareness, and overall productivity
- Manage multiple projects and teams efficiently, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude, representing Odyssey Mechanical on job sites and with clients
- Coordinate work effectively with other trades and communicate with project managers to maintain project schedules
