Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Estimator/Project Manger. The HVAC Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects, reviewing blueprints and specifications, selecting appropriate materials, and coordinating with project teams to ensure cost efficiency. After winning, the job managing the project to meet project goals while adhering to budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Experience with HVAC systems, Piping, and Controls
- Skills in Project Management and Budgeting
- Proficient in reading plans and understanding technical drawings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with estimating software
- Previous experience as an HVAC Estimator/Project Manager or in a similar role is a plus
- Knowledge of relevant building regulations and codes
