We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented HVAC Estimator to own the estimating process for commercial and construction projects across South Florida. If you can read a set of mechanical drawings, build a tight estimate, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do- Review blueprints and mechanical drawings to assess project scope and requirements
- Prepare detailed HVAC estimates including material takeoffs and labor calculations
- Source and price equipment and materials with vendors
- Prepare proposals and bid submissions that are accurate and competitive
- Support project managers and the sales team throughout the bid process
- Track project costs and maintain organized estimating records
What You Bring- 3+ years of HVAC estimating experience, ideally in commercial construction
- Strong ability to read construction blueprints and mechanical plans
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with estimating or bidding software is a plus
- Solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems
