HVAC&R Field Support Design Engineer
KCC is an employee-owned, technology-driven company in the HVAC&R industry, developing products and solutions to meet today’s rapidly changing needs for greater efficiency and electrification. KCC has multiple divisions: construction, local HVAC&R service, and the design/manufacturing of commercial HVAC&R equipment. This position is for the design and manufacturing division, which includes rooftop units, air handlers, desiccant dehumidification, refrigerant and hot/chilled hydronic systems.
Summary:
As an HVAC Field Support Design Engineer, you will provide essential support to customers and field service technicians for determining replacement or modification parts on commercial rooftop units. Over time, you will have opportunities to expand your knowledge on multi-disciplinary topics (electrical, refrigeration, energy recovery, PLC’s, etc.). Continuous development programs are provided by KCC to improve your understanding of these topics. This role is a great fit for engineers looking to expand their technical knowledge, with a high potential for career growth at a growing company.
