Regional Renovation & Construction Manager – Multifamily

Are you an experienced construction professional with a passion for multifamily renovation and capital projects? We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Regional Capital Projects Manager to oversee high-impact projects across multiple states. What You’ll Do:
- Lead planning, bidding, contract negotiation, and execution of capital and renovation projects.
- Manage projects across multiple regions, coordinating efforts between operations, ownership, and contractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to residents.
- Develop and maintain production schedules, cost analyses, budgets, and project documentation.
- Supervise field teams, review contracts and scopes of work, and maintain quality standards across all projects.
- Participate in annual capital planning, budget reviews, and long-term project strategy.
- Travel up to 50% to oversee regional projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, renovations, or facilities management in multifamily or residential construction.
- Hands-on knowledge of interior and exterior renovations, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, appliances, and preventive maintenance.
- Strong skills in scheduling, sequencing, budgeting, and contract management.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, residents, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, Yardi, and other project management tools.
- High school diploma required; 4-year degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
