- Skilled at diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems?
- A natural at explaining options so homeowners can make informed decisions?
- Organized, punctual, and collaborative with crews and supervisors?
- Motivated to keep learning and advancing your career?
What You’ll Do
- Assess system performance, document findings, and complete required testing during maintenance visits.
- Recommend repair, maintenance, or replacement based on detailed inspections.
- Deliver clear, courteous, and solution-focused communication to clients.
- Partner with teammates to execute work safely and efficiently.
- Attend meetings and adhere to company safety and handbook policies.
- Travel to customers throughout NH, MA, and ME in a full-time capacity.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of residential HVAC experience and a strong track record with heating and cooling systems.
- EPA certification.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Desire to grow your skills through ongoing training.
Pay & Benefits
- $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience.
