You diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems, and when the job calls for it, you confidently lead furnace and condensing unit installs—no hand-holding required. You wrap each visit by walking the homeowner through findings, options, and next steps, earning trust with clear, professional communication.

What You’ll Tackle

Explain system conditions and recommendations to homeowners in plain language.
Tailor solutions to each home’s needs—repair, maintenance, or replacement.
Perform detailed inspections and document tests during maintenance visits.
Lead residential installs of furnaces and outdoor condensing units alongside a helper, working independently.
Manage time, materials, and jobsite organization with care.
Collaborate seamlessly with coworkers and supervisors while maintaining a professional, courteous attitude.
Show up prepared, punctual, and safety-focused; attend company meetings as needed.
Follow all safety guidelines and handbook policies.

What Sets You Up for Success

Proven history working with residential heating and cooling systems.
2+ years of residential HVAC experience.
EPA certification.
High School diploma or GED.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Strong organization and follow-through.
Growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning.

Compensation & Perks

Hourly pay: $30–$40, based on experience.
Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for top candidates.
