Top Workforce Solutions is seeking a Commercial HVAC Estimator in Londonderry, NH.
Salary 90,000 to $110,000 plus excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
· Respond promptly to daily quote requests for rooftop units, VRF systems, HVAC equipment, and related accessories.
· Prepare detailed estimates for HVAC plan and specification projects.
· Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external sales representatives across multiple locations.
· Coordinate buy-outs with manufacturers and representatives to ensure project needs are met.
· Maintain ongoing communication with clients to track project awards and progress.
· Assist field sales teams with design-build opportunities and value-engineering solutions.
· Perform additional tasks as needed to support the objectives of the Commercial department.
Qualifications:
· Skilled in using HVAC software platforms such as Accuterm or equivalent.
· Capable of reading and interpreting construction drawings and schedules.
· Accurate in conducting project takeoffs and estimating costs.
· Possess foundational knowledge of HVAC equipment and technical specifications.
· Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy from product takeoff through to sale.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Capable of managing multiple project stages simultaneously.
· Identify and engage with customers including contractors, engineers, and colleagues to deliver excellent service throughout the project lifecycle.
· Organized and self-motivated to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
