Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems with precision.
- Present clear repair or replacement options to homeowners.
- Execute high-quality service work aligned with company procedures.
- Complete accurate job documentation using tablets and field software.
- Coordinate effectively with dispatchers and office staff for scheduling and follow-up.
- Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
- Promote customer satisfaction and trust through exceptional service and communication.
Qualifications
- 4 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Sales-minded approach with the ability to educate and inform homeowners.
- Comfortable using mobile technology and field service software.
- Highly professional, self-motivated, and dependable.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
