Position Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners to understand comfort needs and recommend HVAC solutions
Perform in-home consultations and present replacement options based on customer needs
Develop sales opportunities from provided leads and assigned territory
Build trust with customers through education, professionalism, and excellent service
Create accurate proposals and explain system options, benefits, and financing solutions
Manage the sales process from initial consultation through closing
Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Maintain strong follow-up and communication throughout the sales cycle
Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and company objectives
Utilize company-provided technology and tools to manage customer information and sales activities
What We're Looking For
Previous sales experience preferred
HVAC Industry Sales Experience Strongly Preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and territory independently
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
Professional appearance and demeanor
Comfortable using tablets, computers, and company technology
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Compensation
Base Salary + Generous Commission Structure
