We are actively seeking qualified candidates for the HVAC Estimator position to join our award-winning team.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform HVAC equipment counts, analyze mechanical installation labor, and create material/equipment lists from contractor plans.
- Issue, manage, and follow up on Requests for Quotations (RFQs) with HVAC vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain and update project and RFQ logs, track project statuses, and adhere to SOP guidelines.
- Coordinate review meetings, respond to inquiries, and schedule HVAC project handoff meetings.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of estimating or field experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Wrightsoft, and computerized/digital takeoff tools (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work under minimal supervision.

Standard Work Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:00pm and Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change.
