Mechanical Estimator (Commercial HVAC/Plumbing)

We’re hiring a Mechanical Estimator to support a strong pipeline of commercial projects (HVAC, piping, plumbing) with a well-established and growing contractor. What You’ll Do
- Prepare estimates for commercial mechanical projects
- Review drawings, specs, and project scope
- Build proposals, pricing, and bid packages
- Analyze vendor/subcontractor quotes
- Identify cost savings and value engineering opportunities
- Partner with internal teams to finalize bids and support project handoff
What You Bring
- 2+ years of commercial mechanical estimating experience
- Experience with HVAC, piping, or plumbing systems
- Ability to read construction drawings and specs
- Strong attention to detail and organization
