Lickety Split Air, Plumbing & Electric is expanding into the Orlando market, and we're looking for an exceptional Vice President of Sales to lead the charge.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a build-and-scale opportunity for a proven sales executive who thrives in high-growth environments, embraces accountability, and knows how to turn vision into revenue.
As Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services while building a high-performance sales culture focused on results, customer experience, and market leadership.

What You'll Do
Sales Leadership & Strategy
• Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy that drives revenue growth and market expansion.
• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales organization across multiple service lines.
• Establish clear performance expectations, accountability measures, and coaching programs.
• Create compensation structures and incentive programs that attract and retain top talent.
Team Development
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop elite sales professionals and sales leaders.
• Foster a culture of performance, ownership, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Revenue Growth & Performance Management
• Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue performance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs including revenue growth, conversion rates, average ticket value, close rates, and sales productivity.
• Utilize CRM data and reporting tools to drive strategic decision-making.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Partner closely with Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to optimize lead flow, customer experience, and profitability.
• Ensure seamless alignment between sales execution and operational delivery.
• Drive continuous process improvement across the customer journey.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading teams responsible for multi-million-dollar revenue growth.
• Experience building and scaling high-performance sales organizations.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with a data-driven leadership style.
• Exceptional coaching, leadership, and talent development skills.
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms and sales performance reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
• Home services industry experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, or similar residential services).
• Experience leading sales teams in high-volume, performance-driven environments.
• Background in private equity-backed, rapidly growing, or multi-location organizations.
