About the Role
As an HVAC Installer, you will install residential and light commercial heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality systems while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service. You will work alongside experienced team members and project leaders to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. What You'll Do
Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductwork, ventilation systems, and related HVAC equipment for residential and light commercial customers. Read and interpret blueprints, installation plans, and technical specifications while ensuring all work meets manufacturer requirements, company standards, and local code requirements. Troubleshoot installation challenges, maintain organized and safe job sites, coordinate with project managers, service technicians, and warehouse staff, and complete accurate installation documentation and job reports. Deliver a professional customer experience while representing the company with integrity and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of two years of HVAC installation experience is preferred. Candidates should have experience installing furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning systems, ductwork, and related HVAC equipment in residential or light commercial environments.
Successful candidates will possess strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality workmanship. EPA certification is preferred. The ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams is highly desirable. Applicants must have their own basic hand tools, a valid driver's license, and an insurable driving record.
