Experienced Preferred But Will Train The Right Candidate.
Pay Rate: $39.96 per hour BIWEEKLY PAY!!
Hours: 10 PM - 6 AM, Monday - Friday
Typical Responsibilities Include
- Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC chiller systems
- Inspecting compressors, pumps, cooling towers, valves, and controls
- Checking refrigerant levels, pressures, temperatures, and efficiency
- Performing preventive maintenance
- Diagnosing mechanical/electrical problems
- Working with building automation systems
- Common workplaces:
- Hospitals
- Universities
- Factories
- Data centers
- Large office buildings
- Airports
- Skills usually required:
- Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering / HVAC systems
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Refrigeration principles
- Reading blueprints and technical manuals
- Certifications (depending on location), often including EPA Section 608 Certification for refrigerants in the U.S.

Qualifications

- First class refrigeration
- Third class Boiler License needed
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to work alone or within a team is a must
- First Class Refrigeration with License in the City of Detroit
