Responsibilities
- Assist HVAC technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
- Learn how to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues under the guidance of experienced staff
- Follow safety protocols and practices while on job sites
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing education to enhance HVAC knowledge and skills
- Prepare tools and equipment needed for each job
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in HVAC technology is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn and work in a hands-on role
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Driver's license is required; reliable transportation is a must
