We are seeking a
Commercial Sales Support Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our Commercial HVAC and Roofing Sales Departments. This position is essential in helping drive growth, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure seamless coordination across our commercial teams.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and coordinate commercial sales leads and appointments
- Manage sales team calendars for site visits and meetings
- Set up sold jobs, including preparing contracts and assisting with permits
- Follow up with customers on open quotes to help drive sales
- Maintain and update customer information in company systems
- Provide required documentation such as W9s and Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- Serve as a central point of support for both Commercial HVAC and Roofing sales teams
- Help connect departments by ensuring accurate, up-to-date information is shared across the organization
What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
