What You’ll Be Doing
Participating in our structured ride-along training program
- Assisting lead technicians with installs, repairs, and maintenance
- Installing HVAC systems including mechanical and electronic components
- Installing ductwork (flex and sheet metal)
- Performing maintenance to ensure safe and efficient system operation
- Taking notes, learning daily, and growing your technical skill set
- Supporting the Service Manager when assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in a mechanical field
- Prior use of hand tools
- Valid, clean driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
- Available Monday–Friday, Saturdays as needed
- Ability to work in a team environment with strong communication
