Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Branch Manager located in New Smyrna Beach, FL. The HVAC Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, overseeing inventory and supply chain processes, cultivating manufacturer and contractor partnerships, leading a team to meet performance goals, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience. The role demands proactive problem-solving, team leadership, and strong market insight to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HVAC systems and knowledge of the industry, including plumbing and related mechanical systems.
- Strong skills in customer service and a track record of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Experience in sales, with the ability to develop customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities; prior experience managing or supervising a team is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain operations is an advantage.
- Experience in vendor and manufacturer relations, especially within the HVAC or related industries, is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required; a degree in business, HVAC, or related fields preferred.
