Regional Sales Manager – West Coast
Location: West Coast US - Arizona preferred

Overview
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for an established global manufacturer of commercial HVAC equipment.
The company develops and manufactures high-efficiency HVAC systems used in commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, education campuses, and industrial environments. The role will focus on developing strong relationships with manufacturer representatives, consulting engineers, contractors, and key end-users while supporting project opportunities across the territory.
This position is responsible for driving regional sales growth, managing rep partners, and developing strategic accounts within the commercial HVAC market.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow sales across the West Coast US territory
• Support and develop relationships with manufacturer representatives and channel partners
• Engage with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, and building owners on project opportunities
• Identify and pursue new commercial HVAC project opportunities across the region
• Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales process
• Deliver product training and sales support to rep partners
• Track and manage sales pipeline and project activity within the territory
• Work cross-functionally with internal engineering, applications, and product teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 5–10+ years of experience in commercial HVAC equipment sales
• Experience working with manufacturer rep networks
• Strong relationships with consulting engineers and mechanical contractors
• Experience selling applied HVAC systems (Air handlers, cooling equipment, etc.)
• Strong regional knowledge of the West Coast US market
• Ability to travel across the territory
