Commercial HVAC Sales Manager / Strategic Account ManagerOrlando, FL | $90K–$110K Base + Uncapped Commission ($175K+ OTE)
We are partnering with a well-established national HVAC distributor that is expanding its footprint in Central Florida and looking to add a Strategic Account Manager to grow the territory.
This is a true hunter role focused on developing new contractor relationships and expanding market share across the commercial HVAC space. The right person will take ownership of the territory, build long-term partnerships with mechanical contractors and service companies, and drive revenue growth in a high-demand market.

What You’ll Do• Prospect and develop new commercial HVAC contractor relationships across the territory
• Grow revenue by expanding existing accounts and winning new business
• Build long-term partnerships with mechanical contractors, HVAC service companies, and commercial clients
• Identify project opportunities and work closely with contractors during the sales cycle
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and territory performance
• Partner with internal teams to ensure strong customer support and product delivery
• Stay current on HVAC equipment, systems, and industry trends
What We’re Looking For• 3+ years of HVAC, mechanical, or building systems sales experience
• Strong hunter mentality with proven new business development experience
• Experience selling to mechanical contractors or commercial HVAC customers
• Ability to develop and manage a territory independently
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a field-based sales environment
