MCP Heating Cooling and Air Quality, LLC proudly serves homeowners and businesses in Southern Maine and the NH Seacoast. We provide installation, service, maintenance, and indoor air quality comfort solutions, as well as electrical services.
As we continue to grow, we are currently looking for a full time Lead HVAC Installer to install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of HVAC experience
Ability to perform residential and/or light commercial installs.
Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with customers.
Obtain valid driver's license (must be 18 years or older) & must be insurable.
Can pass background check.
Able to communicate in the English language both verbally and in writing.
Willingness to invest time in training and classes
Ability to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance.
Ability to load, unload, and stock truck as needed.
Ability to unload and stock supplies and equipment in warehouse.
Hourly pay range - $26 to $35 (based on experience)
