We are a fast-growing, multi-market home services company currently operating in 6 markets and expanding aggressively.
We are not looking for a seat-filling manager.
We are looking for a builder.
This role is for a proven in-home sales leader who has successfully improved close rates, increased average ticket, and built accountable sales teams — and who wants to help scale a company.
This position may evolve into a senior executive leadership role as the company expands.
What You Will Own
• Close rate performance across markets
• Average ticket growth
• Sales process and accountability systems
• Field coaching and ride-alongs
• Rehash and follow-up structure
• Sales forecasting and pipeline visibility
• Recruiting and onboarding new sales reps
• Building leadership bench strength
You will work directly with ownership and have real influence over structure, comp plans, hiring, and expansion strategy.
What This Role Requires
This is not an easy position.
We are growing quickly. We expect accountability. You will be in the field coaching, reviewing numbers weekly, building scoreboards, and holding people to standards.
If you prefer to maintain an existing machine, this is not the role. If you want to build one, it is.
Ideal Background
• Experience managing in-home sales reps (remodeling, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, or similar)
• Proven track record of improving close rates and team productivity
• Experience with high-ticket sales and financing
• Strong coaching presence in real customer environments
• Comfortable building systems, not just motivating people
Bathroom remodeling experience is not required. In-home sales leadership experience is.
Compensation & Upside
We offer a base salary plus aggressive performance incentives tied directly to measurable improvements in close rate, revenue growth, and profitability.
High performers in this role can earn well into the mid-$200K+ range.
Long-term leadership and potential executive-level incentives will be discussed with the right candidate as the company scales.
